What responsibilities did you have in those roles?:
My responsibilities ranged anywhere from managing communities and listening to their wants and needs, relying it back to devs/owners/any higher ups I needed to report to at the time. I also was in charge of forum applications and leading the Admin/Mod team with decisions and rulings on certain topics.

A player is mass RDMing during peak hours. What steps do you take?:
Check the players class first to see if they are on an event job and or doing something for training reasons, if not I would freeze and bring them. After that I will check the logs and see how many people they have killed and warn and ban them for the appropriate amount of time.
A player accuses staff of bias in public chat. How do you respond?:
I would link them to the proper forums/channel and ask them to please report it if they felt like they have been wronged. No reason to start pity drama and fights in public chat and simply direct them to the correct outlet for them to report anyone they think are abusing staff perms or being biased.
You witness another staff member breaking our rules. What do you do?:
Kindly inform them what they did is not allowed and could get them removed, if I truly believe they didn’t know and there wasn't any malice behind the action I have no reason to report. If it's a repeat offender or abusing perms to harm the general player base I would gather information and report them to Management immediately.
