Why do you think you should be this character?
I want to exercise and express the imperial agenda and bring about an age of GALACTIC CONTROL for the EMPIRE!
With the support of the imperial government I would like to bring a great order in establishing regional and galactic sector control.
With my vast experience in community engagement I'm looking to be as inclusive as possible,
allowing many voices to be heard, bringing the best experience & justice within the empire.
With this position I would like to work closely with high ranking Imperial Officials and possibly grow ties with galactic Senators
bringing in new possibilities & Expanding our Policies throughout the Seat of Power (Main Galactic Sectors).
Lastly I'm looking to be a positive member of the Community, sharing good engagement and memorable experiences with everyone.

What roleplay do you plan on having with this character?
The vision that I have with this character begins with the formation of Relationships within the Imperial Government.
Moff Kaine in his youth followed the footsteps of his father branching into Galactic Politics. I want to expand on this part of Kaine's lineage
& bravely delve into this aspect of ROLEPLAY and see how the power of making or breaking RP relationships
can effect the outcome & continuation of the LORE (Story) that we Host.
Making a stronger Political Reach for our imperial policies to be widely received and enforced.

What could you offer to the Regional Government if you were given this character?
My offer is to bring in a higher sense that there is a higher political purpose in our events.
In imperial Lore, consequences for failure were Dire for those in command, success was Mandatory.
I want events and regional control to feel superiorly established, there is a cost to everything so we need to CONQUER.
Furthermore as we expand in control, influence may be challenged in various systems, with times such as these our imperials
must be briefed on the importance of why our policies must be enforced through the regions.

How could you improve the roleplay of the server?: 3 sentences minimum
For roleplay I like to take a characters story and expand on it. Through this application I have already shown to embrace parts of this Character,
my engagement with players will be a big part of my overall performance on this character. Being able to hear what others offer and opinions
of how we can improve our view on policies and political reach will be necessary in continuing our Operations.

This is Moff Kaine's Report Regarding the Illusive Anti Imperial Propaganda on Coruscant.

Our galactic reach has been performing most admirably yet we ran into a real dilemma here on Coruscant.
A well known Fleet Construction branch - Devante Frigates
Has been harboring Anti - Imperial Propaganda and unfortunately some have rallied outside of Senate Buildings in this Region.
My task was to cover the wound from expanding, I enlisted a special Security force around the Buildings.
Shutting down the factory would have drastic complications on the workers, as I had interviewed a hand full myself on - site.
I must say the biggest damage was the morale, the spark of protest was our biggest Objective to take care of.
Simply put I found through the Help of the ISB, That the one responsible was a Lead of Crafting one of our Prototype Ships.
Now this heavied my heart, now we had a Anti Imperial Working on our Prototype [EX-IIV] Project.

I needed to seek a higher council on resolving such a conflict, Luckily Grand Moff Tarkin had heard of this political pressure that I've been trying to nullify.
Moff Tarkin installed a higher security presence for the senators and had also given me full access to imperial funding, [NM-882].
With the access granted by Grand Moff Tarkin, I had hired a Bounty Hunter (Dengar) To Back Track the Steps of Suspect (XX-224) Aka the Prototype Lead.
Dengar had successfully tracked the communications XX-224 made outside of the planet which lead us to an Outpost of Pirates that steal imperial Information.
Grand Moff Tarkin Received the news & Dispatched an impressive task force to handle the Pirates.

Over time, the protesting Rally began to shrink and loose its spark, Order had been enforced and the Senators relayed their gratitude toward our effort to enforce safety.

Toward civilians - "I stand here to help bring you all the best that this empire offers, stand with us and together we shall prosper in a grand order".
toward imperial military personnel - "Rally together, we pursue the idea of order amongst the republics chaos".
Toward Imperial HC - "I envy your work, truly you have shown a great interest in care to enforce such liberative efforts".
Toward Rebel - "you have truly lost the purpose to fight when you gave up your sense of humanity".
Toward Pirate - "Away from me you filth, you know nothing of civilized manners".

- Describe a time where your character knowingly enforces an unjust policy because it preserves order and stability to the Empire.

• How does your character justify what they just did internally.

Response:
After the Battle of Endor the Empire Faced a heavy power struggle against the New Republic.
Grand Moff Kaine enforced an unjust policy on the Gion Sector called "The Mandatory Contribution Decree".
This decree made it so all planets under this decree must surrender 80% of all planetary output for the Empire.
The Empire also has a delegation that prohibits such amounts of planetary resources from being extracted from a planet, but these were dire times.
Families and workers would revolt and Grand Moff Kaine would hear them all, but the response was the same - Denied.
Eventually any and all protest would lead to an arrest & subject to Labor Camp.
The justification leads to the Overall Survival of the Empire.

"You speak of a thousand deaths today," Kaine reportedly told the delegation.

"I speak of ten billion deaths tomorrow should our shields fail because we lacked the fuel to power them.
Your hunger is a tragedy; our collapse would be an extinction."

Note* This is intended to give a strong idea of the character and his strong tactics toward the overall survival of the Empire.

Response:
This is Ardus Kaine - It has been brought to my Attention (SE - 212), has become an Enemy of the Empire.
As the Overseer with Authority granted to me By Grand Moff Tarkin, I must rule that I want this Criminal Brought to Justice.
I am dispatching a Task Force to Capture (SE - 212) - ALIVE.
The Delegation committee must not be shaken because of the Selfish act's of one of our own, we will bring justice to all parts of the Galaxy
& that includes even ourselves.
