Have you held a staff position on any server before?: Yes
What responsibilities did you have in those roles? As head admin, I was in charge of managing and directing the staff team. I was also a senior moderator on gaminglight. Alongside a developer for a few servers. My main purpose was just helping mange the servers nad staff teams.,

A player is mass RDMing during peak hours. What steps do you take?: I would take him into a sit. I would then ask him for his side of the story and why hes doing it. Depending on his answers we will see how it goes. However I would Take a Screen shot. I would then talk amongst the other staff then give him a kick or temp ban. Afterwards I will then forward it up the coc
A player accuses staff of bias in public chat. How do you respond?: I would first inform them to tke it to Dms or pms. We do not need people bringing there drama and issues into public. If it is proven the staff did have bias and what not. They can make a staff report and then management will deal with it; that is not there job.
You witness another staff member breaking our rules. What do you do?: I wouldnt get involved and tell the stfaf whta to do. I would clip it, make a staff report then forward it through the COC. It is not my job sa atril moderator to overstep boundaries and dela with someone far higher rnaking then myself.
