What position are you applying for?: ISB Director

How well do you know this character's lore?: Pretty well. I know about Yularen's exploits from his beginnings in the Republic and friendship with Palpatine to his death abord the first Death Star.

What experiences do you have?: I have been a commander specifically for ISB in several other servers. Most recently I held a Commander Position of Shock in Bruh Networks. What makes me really qualified for the roleplay is my real life experience in law enforcement alongside my degree in criminology. I use these aspects to help develop a unique and fun atmosphere for roleplay and try to incorporate my understandings to teach others how to roleplay effectively in fields such as interrogation, report writing, etc. Due to my years and years of playing Gmod, I have learned how to roleplay all aspects of ISB such as AWR, Medical, Interceptor, Internal Affairs, and the like. With these experiences I feel that I can properly manage the already established positions within ISB and continue to lead it to greater heights as the past Yularen did.

Why do you wish to be a Commander?: I wish to create a fun and viable environment. I know a lot of people on this server from old servers I have been a part of and want to help create a server that benefits them and brings them joy. With this objective in mind, I want to give my all and my time to make this Bureau the best that it can be to enable more RPs and to make the members of this server excited to play it.

What are your plans as Commander?: Currently, ISB is doing well and if there isn't a problem, then there isn't a worry. I plan on continuing projects that are already established and formulating a game plan to move ISB in the future. The concept of serious roleplay, law enforcement, and investigative actions will continue and will be improved on. As Commander I will also take a look at all already established doctrines and make contact with all sub-division heads to ensure that these are at peak status. I also plan on making my commanders intentions known so all members will know what I expect of them and how to be successful in the ISB.

How would you improve the roleplay of the Batalion/Group?: Through my understanding of Law Enforcement and interogation techniques as well as my roleplay experiences, I plan to improve the roleplay by conducting more trainings. Simply put, ISB already has a quality selection of players, so to make them better is to let them do their jobs more and more. To this end I will coordinate with GMs to the best of my ability to allow for more situations where ISB from different branches will be able to engage in their roleplays. Such as Internal Affairs having to snuff out a traitor, AWR continuing with my projects such as the Death Trooper Project, etc.

How active can you be in this position?: I can be on at least 15 hours per week minimum.
