What responsibilities did you have in those roles?:
I have managed a lot of teams, as well as moderating and administrating for over 40+ concurrent players. I have also had way more experience as staff and GM than I've listed. I also handled logging, staff handbook making and document making.

What experiences do you have?:
I have been all kinds of rp lead and I've been gamemaster, moderator, senior mod, admin, owner all of which more times then I can frankly count. I have spoken to leadership and management regarding my experience.
Why am I applying again?:
My hope is that this boosts my chances to move to a joint role and one in which I can do more work as staff and gm collectively. Currently as a tgm I have no perms to whitelist and limited staff perms. I would greatly appreciate being able to do this as I am used to performing these tasks. This application was edited and made as a courtesy in case leadership or management wants more information etc. I believe I am a bit stuck in my position and I am simply advocating for myself.

A player is mass RDMing during peak hours. What steps do you take?:
I would let shock handle it once and if it escalates I would step in based on the rules guidelines. if its mass rdm it requires a punishment which may include jailing, kicking or escalation depending if anything else was done.
A player accuses staff of bias in public chat. How do you respond?:
I would ask them to take it up with leadership privately and provide any proof they have. I would also attempt to conversate with them to hopefully act as their person of contact. Depending on the rank I hold I even might investigate it myself (leadership+ I assume by this server's rank standard)
You witness another staff member breaking our rules. What do you do?:
I would report it to leadership or higher depending on the situation and I would attempt to find proof if possible. if that isn't possible I would simply report it to a higher up.

I want everyone to understand I am doing this for community approach and hopefully preparation for me eventually being promoted. I also believe transparency and advocating for myself is the best approach. I have loved my time on Valyrian and I intend to be a strong member / staff / gm of the community.
